I am Karthika Rayavarapu. I live, love, work, seek and coach with intention.
My professional life has grown through People and Culture leadership, organisational development and community organising. Across my journey, I am deeply rooted in the values of justice, equity, care and collective wellbeing. These values sit at the foundation of my coaching practice and the way I walk alongside others in their growth.
Coaching has become my way of being. I bring presence, curiosity and warmth to every conversation, creating a space where you can explore your truth, your values and the life "YOU" want to create.
I offer Trauma-informed Life coaching, Leadership coaching, Consulting and Facilitation all rooted in the value that people heal, grow and thrive when they feel seen, supported and aligned with what truly matters to them.
